*본 국제복음 개혁신학대학 International Evangelical/Reformed Seminary는 성서를 기초로 세워진 교회 지도자 교육기관이다. 본교는 복음주의적인 신앙과 개혁신학을 전수하여 한인이민교회의 신실하고 창의적인 목회자, 선교사, 여교역자, 평신도 지도자 양성 및 훈련을 목표로 한다.
"교회의 큰 목적"인
(1) 인류 구원을 위한 복음 선포,
(2) 하나님 자녀들의 안식처, 양육 및 영적 친교,
(3) 거룩한 예배 유지,
(4) 진리 보존,
(5) 사회정의의 구현,
(6) 천국을 세상에 전파하는데에 알맞은 지도력을 계발하는데 그 의의를 가진다.
* The International Evangelical/Reformed Seminary is a teaching institution based on the Bible. The Seminary's mission is to train and nurture faithful and creative pastor, missionary, woman pastor and lay leader of the Korean-American Church with the evangelical faith and the Reformed tradition.
This institution is committed to provide leadership for fulfilling the Great Ends of the Church:
(1) the proclamation of the gospel for salvation of humankind
(2) the shelter, nurture and spiritual fellowship of the children of God.
(3) the maintenance of divine worship
(4) the preservation of the truth
(5) the promotion of social righteousness and
(6) the exhibition of the Kingdom of Heaven to the world.
